Authenticity Is Hard - But always the best choice

This episode was so much fun to record because we have known Courtney for many years and through many stops on her life journey; as a calligrapher, as a teacher, as a client, and now as a charcuterie master! All along the way I have appreciated her authenticity and how she always showed up right where she was - the good and the bad!  Watching her launch Raleigh Cheesy over this past year has taught me the value in being yourself - yes she is an amazing charcuterie board maker- but more than that, she is a relatable, authentic, and real voice in a sea of phonies - and that realness has catapulted Raleigh Cheesy to where it is today. If I know Courtney, it is only the beginning!
